🛍️ Orders & Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Your piece is created after your order is placed.

You will receive updates throughout the process, including photos or videos, so your item is made exactly how you want it.

❌ Cancellations & Deposits

Orders may be canceled before work begins.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders. This covers materials and time spent starting your piece.

If you cancel after placing the deposit, the $50 will not be refunded.

🎨 Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale.

You will be able to give feedback during the creation process. Once completed, the item is considered accepted.

📦 Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping times depend on the carrier and are separate from processing time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once shipped, your order is handled by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Replacements or refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
