All items are 100% handmade to order. Please review the full process below before placing your order.

🛍️ How Ordering Works

Add items to your cart, fill out your contact and shipping information, and submit your order.

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with your final total, including shipping costs.

💳 Payment Options

To begin your order, you must either:

Orders will not be started until payment (full or deposit) is received. Materials will not be purchased until payment is confirmed.

Payments are accepted through Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal.

💰 Deposits & Remaining Balance

If no payment is received, your order will not be processed.

⏳ Processing Time

All items are handmade after payment is received.

You will receive updates throughout the process, including photos or videos when applicable.

🎨 Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale.

You will be able to give feedback during the creation process. Once completed, the item is considered accepted.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before work begins.

📦 Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

📍 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you.

Replacements or refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to genuinely love your item.

Because you receive updates during the creation process, returns based on design preference may be limited.

📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:
